Specialist bespoke Bollard Covers

An old customer, Andrew Towers from Morecambe Lodge Caravan brought us a PVC foam bollard cover to see if we could replicate it, and as it was a 5mm thick Foamex panel with two folded returns and two holes it was a simple job. Andrew was looking for a better solution compared to the original manufactures product because after a year or two they became discoloured & brittle, - and he felt they were overpriced. He wanted 13 of them and we then discovered that he was cutting four rectangular holes to accept electrical switches and sockets, - all by hand. We came up with a more durable and cost effective solution for routing all the drill & assorted holes in coloured ACM – all produced in a fraction of the time and cost it would have taken – and in a more durable material.
