Depending on the size of the sign, and the location, we have a framing system that suits most requirements and you can order the PanelTrim framing in two ways:-

Full Lengths for DIY

3 or 5 metre lengths are great for those who have the space and equipment to manufacture frames 'in house'

Size options are:-

SMALL  - If your sign is small or viewed at close range, or to be used inside, the Small PanelTrim frame may be best as it is only 25mm wide.

MEDIUM -  Both our Medium & Bullnose PanelTrim frames have a face cover of 35mm which is ideal for the majority of signs, making it the most popular system in the UK.

LARGE - If your sign panel is very large or mounted in a potentially windy area, the large Paneltrim could be your best bet because it has a deep face cover of 45mm.

Stock colours are silver anodised and powder coated black or white. For these, delivery is generally 1-2 days. Alternatively we can powder coat to virtually any RAL colour which will add 7-10 days to production time.

Another option is the FlexiTrim Frame, which is a slightly different system as it is designed to frame your printed PVC banners. If the graphic is to be changed at regular intervals or you don't want any joints in the 'panel' - this is an ideal & very cost effective solution.
