FlexiFace Panel Trim Frame

The FlexiFace frame is a two part framing system that’s designed to hold a flexible PVC printed skin or banner using a simple plastic trim clip. It is really simple and once the frame is installed, the skin can be changed in minutes using only a flat screwdriver and a sharp knife.

We supply the hardware kit which includes the four pre-drilled aluminium sides with plastic trim clips, corner cleats, all the screws & plastic plugs required. We can also supply the frame complete with printed skin.

The frame is either silver anodised or powder coated in white. We can also paint or powder coat to any standard RAL colour, this will add 7-10 days to the delivery.

Yes of course, we can send you a sample corner showing how it works, you just pay the postage.

Yes. All you need to do is send us your file (ai, eps, tiff, jpeg, jpg or pdf) and we’ll do the rest.

It depends at what point of the day you order, but we aim to despatch the hardware the following day.

If your frames are a special colour and/or we are printing the skins for you delivery will be about 10 days. If you have a deadline, give us a call on 01524 841726 and we’ll advise you of the expected delivery date.

We can paint or powder coat the frames to your customer's requirements, all we need is the RAL colour. This is subject to an additional cost and delivery can be up to 10 days.

Fitting your flexiframe is very quick and easy. If you’ve never fixed one before we’ve got a handy fixing guide here.  

The frame comes as a complete kit with everything you need. The rails are pre-drilled and come with the corner cleats already inserted. All you need to do is drill the wall, insert the supplied plastic plugs and then screw the frame to the wall, clip in your skin and then trim the excess material all round.

You’ll need a drill with the bit appropriate to your wall, a screwdriver, a rubber mallet and a level.

No, the kit comes complete with all the plastic plugs, screws and corner cleats required.

Yes, we supply the extrusion in either 3 or 5 metre lengths and the corner cleats in packs of 4 together with panel locks & anti flex plates. You can mix your order of sizes of profiles and colours but will need to contact the office for quantity discounts.

Essentially, you could fabricate your frames with a hacksaw and a mitre block, but a good quality mitre chop saw with an aluminium cutting blade will be quicker and more accurate.
