High-Bright LED Trough Lighting
Our High-Bright LED trough lights offer a sleek, energy-efficient solution to enhance any outdoor signage. Trough lighting provides bright, uniform illumination with minimal energy consumption, making them a cost-effective choice for showcasing signage both day and night. Built with durability in mind, they are weather-resistant, ensuring long-lasting performance. With customisable options, our LED trough lights are perfect for highlighting your brand.
All our trough lighting uses latest and brightest 24v 3528 LED chip sets, at 1440 Lumens per metre, using the highest quality components. The lights are rated IP65 and come with a 2 year RTB warranty. Please note: this light is not suitable for use as an uplighter.
We manufacture our trough lights specifically to your required length. Just enter the length you require, in millimetres. (please note: any length 3m or over may come in 2 sections and due to carrier constraints, any length over 5m will always be supplied in 2 or more sections).
Options:
- We offer a choice of light colour;: cool white, daylight and warm white (for a softer hue).
- Colour (body & brackets) black or white are standard colours - other standard 4 digit RAL colours are also available.
- Cable Entry - specify the end of the trough where you want the power cable entry (as you are facing the sign).
- Photocell switch - to automatically turn it on at sunset and off at sunrise, we offer a built in (pre-wired) version and a separate wall fixing option for your electrician to connect.
Mounting Brackets:
- Wall Mount:
- For fascias up to 400mm, 200mm long brackets are suitable.
- For fascias up to 600mm deep, we recommend 300mm long brackets.
- For fascias up to 1500mm deep, we recommend 400mm long brackets.
- For fascias over 1500mm deep, we recommend 500mm long brackets.
- Ledge Mount
- For fascias up to 400mm deep, we recommend 300mm long brackets.
- For fascias up to 600mm deep, we recommend 400mm long brackets.
- For fascias up to 1500mm deep, we recommend 500mm long brackets.
- Ceiling Mount - available in a 50mm bracket only
- Channel Mount - available in a 300mm bracket only

Shipping processing time
- All orders for stock items are generally processed within 1-2 days working days.
- Orders for special colours or more bespoke items will take longer. We usually have these processed within 10 days working days, but it may take longer depending on the specifications.

Deliveries
- All deliveries must be examined - before being signed for.
- Any damage or shortage must be noted with your signature and to us within 24 hours, otherwise the carriers will deny responsibility, and we will be unable to make a claim on your behalf.
